Localisation

Taking its source in the "Lago Tromen" at the foot of the majestic volcano Lanin, at the border between the Argentina and Chile, the "rio Malleo" flows about 90 km until its confluence with the "rio alumina".

It is more knowned and frequent on its upper part below the Gorge which is run no-kill by lodges of fishing but for our part are the first kilometers after its mouth (well more wild) we have down!

The mouth is located 67 km from Junín of los Andes, 4 km from the border with Chile (via the "Paso Tromen") and 270 km from San Carlos de Bariloche airport.
